What AppHub collects
AppHub records aggregate AppImage download totals and repository star counts published by release and source-code providers. These public statistics generate the trending lists and repository details. They contain no information about individual AppHub visitors.
What AppHub does not collect
AppHub does not have user accounts, advertising, tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or client-side analytics. We do not sell or share personal data.
Local settings
Your selected color theme is stored in your browser's local storage. It remains on your device and is not sent to AppHub.
Hosting and downloads
AppHub is hosted by GitHub Pages, which processes ordinary request information such as IP addresses and browser details. App downloads are provided by their publishers, including through GitHub. Those services process requests under their own privacy policies. GitHub's processing is governed by the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Data retention
AppHub keeps aggregate download snapshots for trending calculations, along with the latest public repository star counts and cache identifiers. We do not store individual visit or download records. Hosting and release providers control the retention of data they process.
External links
App pages may link to third-party websites and source repositories. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
